scanodds has no user accounts and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. This notice explains the little data we do process.

What we process
When you load a page
To deliver pages, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details for the duration of the request and in short-lived security logs. We use the country derived from your IP address to decide which bookmakers, legal notices and TV listings to show. We do not store your IP address.
When you follow a bookmaker link
We record the bookmaker, your country, the page language, the type of page, the match or competition, the time, and whether the visit looked automated. We record no IP address and no identifier.
Speed measurements
For one page view in ten, your browser sends anonymous speed measurements (Core Web Vitals) with the page type, country, language and device type, and no address or identifier.
Stored on your device
- Your favourites, colour theme and display settings are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
- If you pick a language on our language page, a cookie named so-locale remembers the choice for one year so we can open that language next time.
Why we process it
- Delivering the site and showing only what is lawful in your country: our legitimate interest and our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(f) and (c) GDPR).
- Click and speed statistics: our legitimate interest in running and improving the site. These records contain no identifiers.
- Storage on your device: strictly necessary, or set at your request.
Service providers
Our pages are hosted by Vercel; the servers that build them run in Dublin, Ireland. Our database runs on Supabase in the EU (Ireland). Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Click and speed records contain no personal identifiers and are kept as statistics. Hosting request logs are kept only briefly for security. Data in your browser stays until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data about you, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to contact@scanodds.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Czech Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, the Slovak Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov or the Polish Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
Children
scanodds is not directed at children, and bookmaker content is for adults only.
