Corrections
We want every score, price and sentence on scanodds to be right. When something is wrong, we fix it quickly and openly.
Report an error
Email contact@scanodds.com with the address of the page and what is wrong. If you can, include a source.
Data errors such as a wrong score, kick-off time or line-up usually come from a data feed. We check them against a second source and fix them at the source, so every page that shows the data is corrected.
How we correct
We check
An editor checks the report against our data and an independent source.
We fix
Data is corrected where it is stored; text is edited.
We note it
If a correction changes the meaning of an article, a dated correction note is added to the article and to the log below. Typing and formatting fixes are not logged.
We learn
If the error came from an AI-assisted text, we also check why our automated checks missed it and tighten them.
