Sportsbook payout ranking by sport
Payout is the share of bets a sportsbook pays back on a market; the rest is its hold. The higher the payout, the better the prices you get on average.

Odds methodologyHow we rank
For each sportsbook and sport we calculate the payout of the main game-result market (for example the 3-way result in soccer and in hockey regulation time) for every game in the last 30 days, using its last price before the start, and average the results. Sportsbooks with fewer than 10 markets in the period are left out.
payout = 100% ÷ (1/price₁ + 1/price₂ + 1/price₃)
What it tells you
A difference of two percentage points sounds small, but over many bets it adds up: at 96% you lose on average $4 of every $100 bet, at 94% you lose $6.
Payout says nothing about service, limits or how fast you get paid; it only measures the prices.
